The weather has been absolutely beautiful for the past week here in California! Perfect weather for a scooter ride...unfortunately mine has been out of commission since I last rode it a year ago (yes, at 8 months pregnant!) Anyway, I've been getting the itch to take it out again. So, being the amazing husband that he is, Mark found this guy on Craigslist who comes to your house to fix your broken scooter. He showed up yesterday morning and 2 hours later I was able to take her for a spin to the grocery store down the street! Yeah!!!!!Aaaah, to smell the fresh air and feel the wind again...it was fabulous! Now all we need to do is figure out a way to strap Tessa on. Just kidding. :)
(However, I will say it's tempting with how high these gas prices are getting! The cheapest place in town is at $3.35 per gallon. :(
